FASTbook Online - Let the world know what's going on at your facility.
Now you can display your calendar of events on your website for everyone
to see.
Show the world or only a select few. You can put the calendar
on your facility's website for everyone to see upcoming events. Or if
you prefer, put FASTbook Online on your local intranet for only your
employees to view. FASTbook Online also has the option of user security
and/or public user registration to allow internet users access to more
areas.
Display events in both Calendar and List format. Display all
of your facility's events on your webpage in an easy-to-read calendar
(daily, monthly, weekly, yearly) format. Or if you prefer, simply click
on a button and view the events in a list for easier scrolling.
Select an event for additional details. Click on any of the events
in the calendar to find out more information. You decide what additional
information to display for your events.
Customize it to fit in your web site . The calendar
can be personalized to fit into your web site. You can adjust FASTBook
Online to fit into your web site however you may need it to.
Real-time events. FASTbook Online is directly connected
to your database. That means if you make a change, addition, or deletion
in FASTbook its immediately available in FASTbook Online. Also, if a
request is placed via FASTbook Online its immediately seen in FASTbook.
Request a booking date online. Allow users to request a hold
on a date by having them fill out an electronic form that is sent directly
to FASTbook, all the user has to do is change the status of the event
no re-entering information.
Requestor Access. FASTbook Online now allows a requestor to sign into
FASTbook Online and view the status of their requests and other information.
This saves time for you by letting them get the status themselves. This
feature is optional.
PHP version coming soon! Event Software will soon release a version
of FASTbook Online rewritten in PHP. This will allow you
to use the same functionality (plus more) as always but not lock you
into a vendor specific web server. Check back soon!
