Services - Training

FASTbook is a very powerful scheduling package and we do suggest you attend one of our training sessions.  During training, we can help you set up and configure FASTbook according to your facility’s business process.  This will save you tremendous time, and help to get you up and running efficiently on the system. We have three different methods to get your staff up to speed on all the features of FASTbook.  We provide training in your facility, at our facility, and over the telephone.

In-house Training – We can welcome you to our facility where you can learn hands on how to use the software directly from the source.

At Your Facility  - Our most popular option  is to have our trainer come out to your facility and teach a class about all of the features of FASTbook.  The advantage of this approach is that you can have as many students as you like in the class and you would be working on your actual installation of FASTbook.

Telephone Training – Often a time saver, we can schedule a time to speak with you over the telephone and walk you through the most common areas of FASTbook.
