Added the ability to use semicolons to separate email addresses in FASTbook's email module.

Increased the size of the logo on the New Monthly report.

Fixed some rounding issues in the invoice module. Where two smaller items (.014 and .012) could both be rounded to .01 on each of their lines (for a total of .02), but then when added first then rounded (.026) would show as .03 rather than .02 (sum of the lines)

added an option in payments where as if there is a partial payment received (say 250 out of 300), it will adjust the amount requested down to the amount paid, and add a new payment in for the difference.

Fixed an issue in copy values where fields were in the wrong order generating a "not a valid integer value" error.

Added a description line to client categories.

Setup should now have its tabbed forms with the tabs on top to be consistent with the rest of FASTbook.

Added Website and Address Line 3 to Facility setup. Also moved facility email address to "Internet Options" tab.

FASTbook should now use a centralized internal email client for all areas that use emailing. No matter where you email from within FASTbook, it should now take you to a standard email form. Also, the ability to specify an SMTP port was added.

Fixed an issue where the outline would appear to be sorted incorrectly.

Fixed an issue where you could not delete an Outline item in Event Detail.

Increased Invoice footer section by one line.

The Outlook(tm) style bar on the left side was replaced with a toolbar. The toolbar emulates nearly the same function, but in addition you can turn of the text labels (by right clicking) and you can move it to be on top or on the left side.

Expired Items now appear in red text if they are past due and black text if they are not yet past due.

Setup Style and Coordinator were added to the calendar grid.

Added the ability to use mouse gestures on the calendar form. When holding down the left mouse button in the out of month cells you can move the mouse then release the button to achieve certain functions.

An Audit trail feature has been created in Event Detail (new tab in Event Detail header section). This will show you who and when key items were changed, such as room, room charge, times, dates, status, and client.

To facilitate faster data entry, a multi-assign button was added in each of the resources in Event Detail. You can now click this button and check on as many equipments, meals, or labors as you wish and select an initial quantity. This will instantly populate the grid for further editing.

Added the "Whats new?" item in help. This will browse out to our website so you can see what the latest changes are in your release or the next release.

A toolbar was added to the subevent portion of Event Detail. It allows visible access to the functions that were previously only available through a right click menu. This should help new users find these functions more easily.

FASTbook received a face-lift with a new set of icons. Most icons will have nearly the same look but may be slightly different colors. Nearly all are in the same place. Also, the form colors changed from blue to the windows form default. Overall FASTbook should have a much cleaner and more consistent look.

Fixed a typo where Event Coordinator was spelled incorrectly on the new Event Information Report.

Added a new feature that will allow you to move a subevent from one event to another in Event Detail.

Outline report should now be saveable in PDF format.

A very powerful new feature in FASTbook is the Calendar Filter. Calendar Filters allow you to quickly switch between different views on the calendar. Each view can have its own set of options, colors and filters (rooms, location, client, status). With the switch of a drop down box you can flip between predefined filters allowing you quickly and easily get the information you want to view. This is a must see new feature.

Fixed an issue where subevents appeared to duplicate after navigator buttons locked up.

Fixed an issue where you could not add or delete subevents after inserting a new Event.

Fixed an issue in Setup where you could not assign a location to a room. Instead you would get a location is not an integer value message.

Desktop Alert message was causing equipment to not save correctly. This has been resolved.

Removed the ability to use Skins in FASTbook. Skins were causing more issues then they were solving. They may be reintroduced at a later date.

Added a check box in the multi-assign form when adding styles in the room. It will allow you to use the max occupancy of the room in each of the styles added.

Due date now correctly appears on the payments past due report.

Fixed an issue where "Custom Note 1" was appearing incorrectly on the Event Information report.
